Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the Software on one or multiple Mac devices, solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

This agreement does not constitute a sale. We retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the Software. You are granted only the right to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.

Your right to use the Software commences upon your first installation or use of the Software and continues until this agreement is terminated. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of and uninstall the Software.

You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

You shall not rent, lend, transfer, sublicense, resell, or distribute all or any portion of the Software, nor allow multi-user or shared usage in any form.

You shall not modify, translate, adapt, or create any derivative works based on the Software.

You shall not use the Software for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws or regulations, or infringing upon the lawful rights of others.

The Software and associated documentation are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Without our express written consent, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the Software.

DPaste and related trademarks, service marks, or logos are owned by us. You shall not use any trademarks, service marks, or logos included in the Software without our express written consent.

We place great importance on user privacy and data security. Any collection, use, or storage of user data by the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy.

For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you agree to and accept the full contents of the Privacy Policy.

We may offer free or paid versions of the Software. If you choose to use a paid version, you must pay fees according to the prices publicly listed on the App Store.

We do not directly store your credit card or payment information; payment processes are typically handled by third-party payment platforms (Apple App Store). We are not responsible for any third-party payment platform privacy practices.

DPaste may offer subscription-based services with automatic renewal. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Subscription prices may vary by region and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the current billing period. After that, you will lose access to premium features.

The Software is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance in line with user expectations.

We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or continuity of the Software's functions. Due to factors such as the internet or device environment, the Software may experience interruptions, delays, data loss, or other anomalies, for which we shall not be held liable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Such damages include but are not limited to lost profits, business interruption, data loss, etc.

Under any circumstances, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us (if any) for the use of the Software or related services.

You may voluntarily stop using the Software and uninstall all copies at any time, thereby terminating this agreement.

If you violate this agreement or any applicable laws or regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate this agreement and revoke your license to the Software without bearing any liability.

We reserve the right to modify or update this agreement at any time. Once changes occur, we will provide reasonable notice in advance (such as announcements on our official website or in-app notifications). If you continue to use the Software after such changes become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the amended agreement.
